ppp.im收到仲裁信，請各位大大支招
 

小弟前幾天註冊一粒ppp.im，今天就收到一封仲裁信，不知是真假，發給各位大大看一下，請大大們支招，該如何處理。信中提及的公司根本就沒有聽說過，不知道是什麼鬼公司。

Re: Domain Name Dispute – PPP.IM

The nic.im Registry has received a complaint from Panacea Pharma Projects Ltd regarding the above stated domain names. This complaint asserts that the above registered Domain Names are either in breach of the Complainant’s Rights or are an Abusive registration.

Under the nic.im Registry Dispute Resolution Procedure (DRP) which can be found at https://www.nic.im/public/disputeresolution.mth, you have 15 days to respond to the complaint being made by Pharma Projects Ltd. We strongly advise that you familiarise yourself with the content of the Dispute Resolution Procedure and the timescales for each stage, as failure to comply with any stated timescale may result in a judgement being made without your response.

Attached to this email is a PDF copy of the Complainant’s Submission.

As the 15 day timescale for your response commences today, we would be grateful if you would acknowledge receipt of this email.

我去nic.im網站看了一下，發現nic.im就是Domicilium公司在打理，與這封信的電郵地址一樣。。。

你這域名之前或現在有做任何parking或建站嗎？
一般來說，你可以回覆，你沒有惡意註冊也沒有侵犯對方商標或權益就好了。

ppp is a common English letter combinations, I did not register this domain in bad faith neither infringe any rights or benefits of the complaint. If any, should them point it out, thanks.

沒有parking，只是放在sedo上出售。我現在正要從sedo上刪除。:shutup

不知道Panacea Pharma Projects Ltd這家藥廠憑甚麼提出爭議?只因他公司是3個P開頭的公司嗎?這麼利害怎麼不去申訴ppp.com:pounchlittle:pounchlittle:pounchlittle
怎麼看也看不出那家藥廠擁有PPP這3個字的任何商標或專利
要是我應該會直接回覆這個疑問並說明沒有惡意註冊也沒有侵犯對方商標或權益就好?
