不過有些網域註冊機構會有一些內規，其中尤以網名被用來spam常是做為停止條款之一，所以目前比較討厭的就是一旦有人用你的subdomain去做spam而被人告到最上游的註冊商去，會直接影響到你的網名。一次兩次或許還可以解釋，就怕數量一多會讓上游註冊直接刪除就糟了。
例如.to就有在它的FAQ裡講到這一點，說它們嚴禁spam，而如果你的.to是要做為電郵服務的話，「幾乎無法避免被人spam」。言下之意，好像是你只要用做電郵服務，它早晚會刪除你的域名的感覺。

If your business plan relies on making it easier for spammers to protect their identity while proliferating unsolicited bulk email, then there's a pretty good chance that we'll be revoking your domain name sometime in the future.
If you are planning to use your .TO domain for free URL redirection, be forwarned that this business is very difficult to run without becoming a spam harbor.
