請問有前輩有遇過嗎?? 是不是該域名(teaez.com)不能註冊!?

We are a domain name registration and dispute organization in Asia, which mainly deal with the global companies' domain name registration and internet Intellectual property right protection in Asia. Currently, we have a pretty important issue needing to confirm with your company.

On April,9,2013, we received an application formally.One company named " Auan Holdings Ltd " wanted to applied for the Internet brand" teaez " and some domain names through our body.

Now we are handling with the registration of these domain names and find that these names and Internet brand is identical with your company's. So we have to confirm with you at two points:
1. If your company consign Auan company to register these domain names and Internet brand, we will send application form to them and help them finish the registration at once.
2. If your company has nothing to do with Auan company, they maybe have other purposes to register these names and Internet brand.

We haven't finished the registration of Auan company yet, and we have postponed this application of this company temporarily already. In order to deal with this issue better, I want to confirm that are you the corporate representative of this company? If you are, I will feedback some problems to you; if you are not, please forward my letter to your company's corporate representative.We need your definite answer . please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible.

其實網域名稱就是虛擬世界的品牌，這些信某種角度看是很不入流的行銷手法，但是在我們看來卻很感慨，大家都收到這種信才開始緊張自己的域名會不會被註冊走，這種信抓到人性弱點，在未來的一年會開放很多頂級域名供大眾註冊，屆時這種信函會更猖獗，域名最高管理機構ICANN為類似此情況設立了一個機制叫做TMCH全球商標資料中心，這個資料中心是專門核驗與儲存世界各地商標的一個大型資料庫，登錄全球商標資料中心可提早註冊這些新開放的域名，當如果有人要申請與您商標相同的字詞時，商標資料中心會做提醒的動作，這個機制在3/26開始開放登錄，如果您有興趣我們可以到到府上拜訪、說明，或是網路中文於4/17、23、24在北、中、南有舉辦相關的說明會。
